Learn how to bake bread - white, whole wheat or sprouted loaves -  from scratch, no mixes that are often loaded with preservatives and ingredients you can't pronounce! 

Wholesome, fresh, healthy, real food is easier to bake yourself than you ever thought possible - Work?  Yes.  HARD work?  Hardly.  If you can read a recipe and follow instruction you can learn how to bake beautiful whole wheat loaves for your family and friends! 

We'll also cover other useful breads and bread recipes - dinner rolls, mini loaves, flatbread and more.

I provide all the materials, equipment and supplies you will need for the class.  You need only to bring a note pad and pen for notes.  By the end of the class you will have made your own fresh baked bread to take home and enjoy!

Registration is on a first come basis**  and ask about special discount for you and 3 friends for a "full class" groups (4)

Please note:  these classes are held in my home kitchen - in my small home kitchen - class size is limited to a maximum of 4.


**I have a limited availability of "set aside" dates for groups wishing to take the class together - - so grab two or three friends and call me - we'll find a time and date to accommodate!
